Washington D.C. - Chicks With Attitude Tour 2004
The Cardigans arrived in D.C. Friday morning. The night before at the Electric Factory in Philly, Peter mentioned that he wanted to visit a guitar store in the area. I guessed that he meant Southworth Guitars in Bethesda, and I was right. So we decided to meet up at the store the next day. Lasse came along as well. Peter didn't find any guitars that he really wanted but Lasse got a nice book about Ampeg.

Since we still had some time to kill before soundcheck we stopped for lunch at the Red Tomato Cafe a couple of blocks down. After lunch and a quick coffee stop at Starbucks, it was time to head back to the 9:30 Club for soundcheck. Here are some photos below:

Interview With The Boys
September 3rd, 2004
Once soundcheck was over, we decided to record some short instrument interview segments where the boys would have a chance to show off what they've been playing throughout the Long Gone tour. Hopefully this will satisfy some people's curiosities out there... Enjoy! (Flash Required)
When we finished the interview, everyone had the rest of the afternoon off. After lounging around in the tour bus for a while, Peter and I headed to an area called Adam's Morgan not too far from the club. Later, we drove down to Du Pont circle where we grabbed some dinner at a quaint little Italian restaurant on Jefferson Place. By the time dinner was over it was time to head back to club.
