What you are about to see and read has no major importance really. I put the same lame questions and the crew delivered appropriate answers... Eva and Robert are the new kids on the block, all the others you know from before. We will travel along the European roads together during the autumn and we hope that can make you happy down the road. Max and I will hopefully find some golfcourses, Peter and Bengt will be looking for exclusive winestores and Nina and Eva will go jogging (maybe).

Answer: There are sooo many fun and less fun memories from all these years... When Lasse fell off stage in Lisbon, when Peter fell asleep on the channel ferry in Dover and I wasn’t allowed to go onboard to get him... But my fave memories are from all world wide shopping with Nina! :-)

Interview with Max
Question 1: What do you do on tour?
Answer: Well, haven’t I been asking my self that question the last few years! But my actual work, that you are paying me for is basically: Taking care of Peter & Lasses guitars and amps on stage. Which means set up the gear; check that everything is running the way it’s supposed to do before the band come up on stage. Tune guitars and make mohitos during the show. Then pack it all back into the cases where the equipment live their life’s while not sitting on a stage somewhere in the world.
Question 2: Who´s the best looking crew member?
Answer: Every single one of us is darn ugly I must say, except for Mimi of course!
Question 3: What´s your favourite ice hockey team?
Answer: The good Old Russian national team anytime during the seventies, they were smooth players and looked so sad so one felt petty for them in a way. The also had the best national hymn.
Question 4: How long have you been working with the band?
Answer: My first appearance with the Cardigans was on a TV show in Melbourne the 19th of April 1997. I was a substitute for Dennis who for some reason couldn’t go to Australia at that time, since then I’ve done 109 shows with the band up until now.
Question 5: What are your favourite tour memories with the Cardigans?
Answer: Well since Australia was brought up and you’re the one asking, I must answer the day in Sydney on my second real show with the band. This is when you stumble on the carpet or perhaps on you’re guitar cable while rocking you’re way upstage, backwards. And not stopping until you’re all the way through you’re Ampeg rig knocking it over and ending up laying flat on you’re back on the floor, but! Continues playing and not missing one single note, after the show you said to me. Welcome to the Cardigans! Shit like this happens all the time. Luckily you didn’t hurt yourself at all.

Answer: Well, how should I answer this honestly without being fired!

Answer: If not before, it will happen at immigration on our way to Russia!

Question 1: What do you do on tour?
Answer: I´m the good-looking guy who take care of all the backline (instruments and amplifiers) on stage together with Masse.
Question 2: Who´s the best looking crew member?
Answer: With out any doubt Torben

Answer: Despite their stupid name I must say Frölunda Indians. I´m more of a football-guy and a huge fan of IFK Göteborg.

Answer: For just over four months now...

Answer: I was working with a band who supported Cardigans on an European tour in 99. (The Soundtrack of Our lives). A lot of stuff happened then but I don´t know if I should tell anyone...

Answer: Read books, have a beer and a few laughs. Maybe play some guitar and sing a little.

Answer: I don´t have a favourite hockeyteam, it´s a stupid sport, I prefer football (soccer that is).

Answer: Torben, because beauty comes from inside.
